We offer free shipping on all orders over $100
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at raysrobins.co.boutique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We cannot guarantee shipping times, the dates we provide are an estimated guess from the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times after we have sent your order out.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any packages damaged during transit. As well as we are not responsible for any packages stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
